Gone are the days of art on a plate and unfamiliar 2-bite entrees. Showy rather than satiating dishes, enhanced by augmented reality or deconstructed compositions are soooo yesterday. Instead, when it comes to quality cuisine, authenticity should reign supreme.
As such, our style is relaxed and genuine, driven by our farm-to-table approach to slow food and wine whereby great ingredients do the talking. Nothing more, nothing less.
Join us in The Palace at Osowa Sien for a variety of delicious comfort foods paired with small-batch and award-winning wines from our castle cellars.

Each dish is made from scratch with fresh ingredients; most of which are sourced locally (within 170 km or 100 miles). The wines are sourced from both local and European family vineyards.
